We ship worldwide, and shipping is free on all orders over €100. Below that, standard shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by destination country.

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3–5 business days. US orders usually arrive 12–21 business days after dispatch; worldwide orders take 15–21 business days, and in rare cases 30+ business days. Customs checks can add further delay in some countries.

Check the package and your other parcels first: our products ship from different warehouses in the USA, Europe and China, so an order can arrive in more than one delivery. If you still cannot locate it, email us and we will make sure you get what you ordered.

Send us the alternative address and we will update it right away. Once an order is marked “Shipped” the address can no longer be changed — while it is still in the “Processed” phase we will do everything we can to get it changed for you.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or a short video and email them to hello@myfurvest.com — we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Our policy lasts 30 days from purchase, and every product carries a FREE 30-day replacement warranty. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Refunds usually take 7–21 days to appear on the card used for the purchase. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
